ZG Store required a modern e-commerce solution to take their local retail business online. They needed a robust platform that could handle inventory management, offer various payment methods, and provide a smooth mobile shopping experience.

The Challenge

Integrating their existing physical Point of Sale (POS) system with the online inventory to prevent selling out-of-stock items was the main technical challenge.

The Solution

I built the store on WordPress using WooCommerce and set up a sync between their local POS system and the website database. I also customized the checkout flow to be as short as possible.
